What is Epithalon?

Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide developed from research into a naturally occurring pineal gland compound. It has been studied primarily for its potential role in circadian rhythm regulation and, in preclinical research, telomerase activity related to cellular aging.

Because of this connection to sleep regulation and cellular longevity research, it's often included in protocols focused on healthy aging.

Its connection to the pineal gland, the body's primary regulator of melatonin and circadian timing, is central to why it's studied in the context of sleep.

Optimized Wellness with Epithalon

Clients interested in Epithalon are typically focused on supporting healthy sleep patterns and exploring longevity-oriented peptide protocols under provider guidance.

Much of the existing research remains in early stages, so Epithalon is positioned as part of a broader, provider-guided wellness plan rather than a standalone solution.

Some clients use it in defined cycles timed around periods of disrupted sleep, such as travel or seasonal changes, rather than as a continuous daily peptide.

Who Should Use Epithalon

>Epithalon may be considered by clients interested in sleep quality and longevity-focused protocols, following a consultation with a provider to review your goals and health history.

It's also of interest to clients already following a longevity-focused protocol who want to add a sleep- and circadian-focused component.

Epithalon Administration

Epithalon is self-administered via subcutaneous injection on a schedule set by your provider, often used in cycles as part of a broader longevity protocol.

Your provider will guide your cycle length, frequency, and technique.

Your provider will help determine an appropriate cycle length and timing based on your goals and current sleep patterns.
